Appointment cancellation
If something comes up and you can't make your appointment, give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a penalty/surcharge, which you will have to settle at the next appointment.
The surcharge will cover 100% of the service.
Delay
After a 10 minute delay, we can only make one correction.
After 15-20 minutes of delay, we cannot start the work.
